What is Health Coaching?
Health coaching can be defined as helping patients gain the knowledge, skills, tools, and confidence to become active participants in their care so that they can reach their self-identified health goals. The health coach is a trained and professional health guide, who can assist a person or a chronic patient to develop intrinsic motivation, which can change their habit and behavior to healthy and sustainable habits and behavior for improved health and well-being.

Why do we need Health Coaching?

We all know today that our extremely busy and modern life activities lead to stressful and imbalanced health conditions, which lead to different chronic diseases. Most of us really don’t have any pause on modern life’s treadmill, which is leaving us completely exhausted and disconnected from ourselves. In addition, toxins overload from the internal body, external environment, foods, drinks, smocking, cosmetics, toiletries, kitchen items, and many other sources cause severe and chronic diseases.
The Holistic Health program of AsadHealth Academy is designed to support clients in reforming a balanced, toxin-free, vital, and powerful body and mind by helping them cultivate whole-body awareness, related knowledge, and mind-body-spirit relationship. This holistic approach to health and wellness allows clients to get to the root cause that keeps them away from the peace and fantasy of life.
One-to-one coaching, group coaching, weight management coaching, and detoxification programs and their in-depth and powerful curriculum will uncover different imbalances in our daily life such as nutrition, physical activity, career, relationships, and sense of purpose. Throughout the program, clients will be given individualized recommendations and motivations based on the health conditions that
will empower them to restore balance, stabilize body and mind, reform beliefs, and make sustainable behavioral changes.

What do I do as a Health Coach?
